Welcome to the presentation of the German Automotive Industry at the 7th Seoul Motor Show 2009 held in Seoul, South Korea.
In the last ten years Korean vehicle production has increased more than 50 percent. Annual production in 2008 was 3,826,682 units according to KAMA. The Korean automotive industry is a global player and an important customer for international suppliers.
At the Seoul Motor Show, the only international motor show in Korea accredited by OICA (Organisation Internationale des Constructeurs d’Automobiles), German automotive companies present their newest technology and world-wide leading products.
Under the roof of the German joint pavilion our exhibitors showcase German state-of-the-art automotive technology. The German automotive industry is a pioneer in improving the technical and environmental effects of its products.
The German supply industry makes an exceptional contribution to automotive technology, growth and employment levels worldwide. The suppliers carry out their own research and development. From the beginning, they have helped prepare the way for advances in automobile technology. Furthermore, the vehicle manufacturers are aware of and appreciate the flexibility and innovative talent of small and medium-sized German companies.
You are invited to take advantage of this opportunity for a mutual exchange of information and experience, for establishing first contacts or intensifying already existing ones with the German exhibitors.
At the official German information stand, our experts will gladly advise you on further possibilities of enlarging your business relations with Germany.
The Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology (BMWi), the Association of the German Trade Fair Industry (AUMA) and the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA) welcome you to visit the official German participation at the Seoul Motor Show 2009.
